Our mission is to deliver the full spectrum of healthcare to patients in long-term care—right where they are. We believe residents shouldn’t have to leave their facility to receive the quality care they deserve. By reaching those who are often overlooked or underserved, we aim to support the elderly population in their most vulnerable season of life—both physically and mentally.
Founded in 2013 by clinicians in Mississippi, we began with a vision to bring comprehensive care directly to long-term care residents across the Southeast. Today, we continue to expand our services with the goal of being the all-in-one care team facilities can rely on for consistent, compassionate, and high-quality healthcare.
