Many physicians are comfortable working with MDB because of our reliable history.  We will never get in the way of the good service they already do.  We would meet with your physicians and integrate into their desired workflow.  Our services are complementary to theirs, and we’ll bridge the gap in the continuum of care.

Our NPs can write orders as well as sign orders on behalf of the attending physicians.

Our NPs have a daily checklist that begins with communicating with your nursing staff and prioritizing your facility’s needs.

We do not provide emergency medical services; however, we will always have an FNP on-call 24/7 who can be consulted for acute situations.

There will never be a charge or cost to your facility.  We bill patients’ insurances directly.

No, none of our services will ever result in the facility being charged, directly or indirectly.

Depending on your current census, our FNPs will round in your facility anywhere from 2-5 days per week.  Moreover, our FNP service is on-call to handle any situation as it arises.

Our policy is to deliver the notes to you within 24-48 hours via HIPAA-compliant means.  Additionally, our clinicians should conduct an exit interview with you before they leave your facility to go over pertinent items and any signed orders.

MDB is clinician owned and managed.  All of our protocols are designed by medical providers who have spent years providing care to the LTC geriatric population.  We never leave a clinician on an island; they have full clinical and administrative support.  Every FNP is trained on the pertinent LTC CMS regulations.
